Darren & Phillip is a premium lifestyle brand for dog lovers.
Our products combine modern design, everyday comfort, and coordinated style for humans and their dogs. Every purchase helps support rescue dogs in need.
Do you restock items?
Sometimes. Most of our items with exclusive prints are made in small runs and are limited edition. If something sells out, itโs often gone for good โ although popular items may be revisited in a future collection.
Where are your products made?
We manufacture across multiple locations including Australia, China, and the United States, depending on the product. We work only with mills and factories that meet our standards for quality and ethics.
SIZING AND FIT
Where is the size chart?
You can find our size charts for dogs, men, and women on the Size Chart page. The sizing of our dog apparel is made with bully breeds in mind (broad chest), but we've done our best to scale up and down in sizing for other breeds too.ย
FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, weโll work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a refund/replacement, then pursue the carrier for our own loss.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I didnโt receive it?
If tracking confirms your parcel was successfully delivered, we have fulfilled our obligation to get the item to you. We can not be responsible forย stolen packages. We recommend adding Package Protection at checkout if you live in a high-risk or high-theft area, as this ensures your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We have two fulfillment centers (Australia and USA) that cover many countries. Your products will be shipped from the nearest warehouse.ย
I am concerned about import taxes and tariffs? How is this handled?
For countries where we don't have a fulfillment center (which means your products will be imported), we offer two shipping options at checkout. One option includes all duties and taxes calculated and pre-paid by you at checkout. The option option is just a flat rate for shipping, and you would be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier before delivery. We do not offer refunds for orders that could not be delivered because duties and taxes were not paid.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you offer exchanges if the size doesnโt fit?
Yes, we offer free exchanges within 90 days of delivery. For out of stock items, we offerย store credit via our returns portal.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. A pre-paid return label will be provided to you. There is a $10 return fee that will be deducted from the refund amount, unless you choose to take store credit instead, in which case the return fee is waived. Items must beย unwornย and in original condition with tags.ย
Do we cover shipping for exchanges and returns?
