Do I need a certain number of followers?
Nope! We welcome everyone, whether you have 100 followers or 100,000. If you love your dog and love our brand, you’re the perfect fit.
Do I have to post regularly to stay in the program?
You don't need to post at all to stay in the referral program and earn your commission.
However, to keep your personal Pupstar discount active, you’ll need to post at least once a month featuring your pup in Darren & Phillip gear and tag us.
If you don’t post within a 30-day period, your discount code may be deactivated — but don’t worry, it can be reactivated once you start posting again!
Do I need to buy something to join?
There's no purchase required to apply or be accepted. But the photos and videos you post must show your dog (or you) wearing Darren & Phillip.
How does the commission work?
You earn a commission on the first order from every new customer you refer using your personal code or link. We’ll provide everything you need to track your referrals.
What kind of content should I post?

Can I use my referral code for my own orders?
Your referral code is meant to be shared with friends, family, and followers. It can’t be used on your own orders, but you’ll always have your personal Pupstar discount for that!
How will I know when I’ve made a referral sale?
You’ll get access to your own dashboard where you can track your referral activity, sales, and commissions.
Can I be a Pupstar if I live outside the US or Australia?
Yes! We accept Pupstars from around the world. As long as you love your dog, love our brand, and can create content in our gear, you’re welcome to apply.

As a Pupstar, you’ll get a 15% discount on all Darren & Phillip products (so long as you continue to post), plus your own referral code to share with friends and followers — they’ll get 10% off their first order, and you’ll earn 15% commission on it. Can I be removed from the program?
We want to keep Pupstars positive and on-brand. If content is inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with our values (like support for animal cruelty), we reserve the right to remove ambassadors.
