Darren and Phillip Returns Policy

In addition to your Statutory Rights, the Darren and Phillip Returns Policy sets out how you can return your purchase from a Darren and Phillip Online or in a concept store , because you:

  • Changed your mind; or
  • Purchased an incorrect size and the product doesn't fit.

You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund under this Returns Policy if:

Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Darren and Phillip, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 30 working days of the day after you receive the goods to our customer service department.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

  • Refund
  • The product can be returned for a refund to the payment method originally used for purchase. See below for more information.
  • Instant Product Exchange
  • You are able to exchange your product for an item of equal or greater value. See below for more information.
  • Returns/Gift Card
  • You can return your product in exchange for a gift card. See below for more information

Returns Via Post

The Refund return option is available for Full Price, Sale, and Outlet products purchased from Darren and Phillip Online.

The product is returned within the 30 day timeframe.

You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached.

You supply the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase and RMA number from the returns portal

Excluded Products
Unless required by local law, the following items are excluded from our returns policy, and cannot be returned because of change of mind or incorrect size/fit.

If you believe your item may be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund

Terms & Conditions
[1] If your purchase is eligible for a refund, the same payment used for the purchase, must be used for the refund.

[2 Darren and Phillip is not liable for the in-transit damage or loss of products returned by post to Darren and Phillip Online Returns. Darren and Phillip recommends that you only use post services with insurance and tracking. Please allow two (2) weeks for your return to be processed once received by Darren and Phillip Online returns.

[3] Delivery fees for Darren and Phillip Online purchases and postage costs for the "return to online" return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.

Sale products can not be returned online via post for a full refund.

Christmas Return Policy
Our Customers will have from November 13th 2022 until January 15th 2023 to return Christmas presents for an exchange or full refund.
